1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the website of Elevate Quality Group Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.elevatequality.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided Elevate Quality Group Inc. provides environmental abatement (asbestos, mold, etc.) and emergency structural restoration services. All quotes provided via the website are estimates only and do not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is signed.

3. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Quality Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those specific services.

4. Safety & Compliance All on-site work is performed in accordance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the site and disclosing all known hazards prior to the commencement of work.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
